Meet the next generation of surf talent. Our young athletes are part of Sandpiper’s High-Performance Training Program, where commitment, passion, and world-class coaching come together.
This program is designed for surfers aged 12–18 who already have a strong foundation and are ready to push their skills further. Through advanced technique drills, video analysis, and physical conditioning, our champs train hard — and surf harder.
These dedicated surfers represent the future of the sport, and we’re proud to be part of their journey.

Highest praise to Flaco for his surf instruction! My 8yo son and 10yo daughter did a semi-private class with Flaco and went from complete beginner, to riding waves while racing each other into shore in the same class. My kids have completely different personalities and learning styles and Flaco had them each up and surfing, giving guidance they each responded well to. Flaco clearly has mastered the combo of instruction, support and fun. I would highly recommend. My kids can't wait to go back!
